Family drama as we know is quite a harmful thing, I wanted to share my experience with this universal conflict. I expressed how my family was impacted by the cartel and how up until that point the stories I only heard about that influenced my relationship with my family.
This poem turned into a conglomeration to both prompts that also posed the challenge of knowing when to stop. One success that could be predominantly seen is my slight rhyme scheme to tie together some ideas. This poem was published in the Texas Tech Harbinger.

This guide will showcase the necessary actions to be taken in Mock Trial to correct a witness properly, An impeachment is a very powerful tool in court as it shifts the power of a cross examination into the hands of the attorney. If done correctly, credibility will be lost and so will the belief in the witnesses’ testimony. Much of my inspirations comes from the Mock Trial Masterclass, but in my experience, every situation is different so be mindful of yours.

Pre-Trial Template
A Pre-Trial is the prologue to any good trial that requires proper foundation. Following this detailed template will allow judges to comprehend necessary case law, stipulations and addresses housekeeping matters. Being in good regards with the judge and how their courtroom rules work can make the biggest impressions to help later down the line. A judge can make or break a case so being able to be in the good graces start in the Pre-Trial.
Cross Examination Template
Cross examination is the battle of the courtroom. Where the opposing counsel attempts to discredit and get information that betters their side of the case. Of course, proper witnesses can deflect and annoy any attorney who can’t control the courtroom. Using this method, any attorney can establish strength and authority to convey to the jury overall benefiting their case.
